A wire processing company set up in 2022 at IMT Faridabad by a family with long experience in the steel trade — built to give fastener and forging manufacturers a reliable, tested and traceable source of drawn wire.
Manufacturing Built on Process Capability, Quality and Reliability
Indisteel Private Limited was established in 2022 on a 4,500 sq m site at Plot 71, Sector 68, IMT Faridabad — in the middle of northern India's fastener and automotive component belt. The plant was planned as a complete wire processing route rather than a drawing shop: pickling, phosphating, bell-furnace annealing, inverted vertical drawing and an inspection laboratory were installed together, so every coil could be processed, tested and certified under one roof.
We concentrate on drawn bright wire coils in MS, boron and alloy steel grades from 2.80 mm to 30 mm. Our customers are fastener, cold forging, automotive component, spring and engineering manufacturers who need consistent hardness, clean surface and a test certificate they can rely on.
The company's quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.

When we set up Indisteel in 2022, we had one clear idea: a fastener or forging plant should be able to buy wire the way it buys any other precision input — to a specification, with a certificate, from people who understand what happens to that wire on a header.
Our family has spent decades in the steel trade, supplying wire rod and long products to manufacturers across northern India. We saw where the gaps were: hardness that varied from coil to coil, decarburization nobody had measured, and test certificates that were copies of the mill's rather than the processor's own. Indisteel was built to close those gaps — with bell furnaces under a controlled atmosphere, inverted vertical drawing machines, an in-house laboratory, and a traceability system that gives every coil a number.
We are a young company and we know that trust is earned lot by lot. That is why every coil we dispatch carries a tag you can trace back to the rod heat, and why our plant is open to any customer who wants to see the process for themselves. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, and every process in the plant is run to that system.

Manufacturing Expertise
Our team combines operators trained on PRECONS furnace cycles and ASSOMAC drawing practice with a quality function that owns the laboratory, the inspection plans and the traceability system. Process parameters — annealing cycles by grade, drawing reductions, phosphate bath control — are documented and controlled rather than left to individual judgement, which is what makes lot-to-lot consistency possible.
